LOWBED AND ABNORMAL TRANSPORTATION
The Van Wettens lowbed service was launched in 1984 with the purchase of two lowbeds. In 1985 the operation was expanded to the Middelburg area with the purchase of additional vehicles. Today, the Van Wettens lowbed fleet operate throughout Mpumalanga, Gauteng and Southern Africa. Our vehicles are based at Ermelo, Middelburg and Nelspruit.
Our lowbed service is cost-effective and efficient and a systematic, planned policy of vehicle upgrades, selection and replacement enable Van Wettens lowbeds to handle any load up to 89 tonne. We are the preferred choice for transporting abnormal equipment and vehicles to the Mining, Forestry, Farming and Industrial sectors.
